Thai massage applied to specific points on the feet for treatment and relaxation of the body.

Pratica matinal de Yoga do sistema Tailândes praticado pelos Reusis, os shamans da Tailândia.

WORKSHOP

Workshop on fascia and traditional Thai medicine, addressing the similarities between myofascial lines and Thai energy lines, and the use of the traditional Jab Sen technique for lower back and back pain. Admission: Donation of an educational game.

9:45 am - Reusi Datton (Thai Yoga) practice and mindful relaxation with Diego Marquete .

10:45 am - Thai tea prepared by Mamma (Thai Food Restaurant).

11:30 am - Group sessions of Thai Massage, Tok Sen, Yufai & Visceral Massage, Thai Reflexology . Collaborative price!

12:30 pm - Lunch Break

2 pm - Fascia & Jab Sen Workshop with Marco Pintucci and Diego Marquete. Register now.

What will be covered: Awareness of Touch, tissue breathing, pulse and connection, the relationship between myofascial tissue and the energy lines of traditional Thai medicine, Jab Sen techniques (Traditional Thai Massage) applied to treat lower back and back pain, with mapping of Thai massage points and the similarity of points in Stecco fascial therapy.
