This course is divided into 3 parts with 12 videos of maneuvers demonstrated by Diego Marquete and Jack Chaya. The first part of the course presents the traditional Pha Khaw Ma technique, following the classic maneuvers of the technique.
The second part of the course presents advanced stretching maneuvers with Pha Khaw Ma, a modern approach developed by schools in northern Thailand.
